Room Rates

The
Lavender room is quite large, has a full sized bed,
couch, table and chairs. It is decorated, as is the café, with beautiful
lighting, antiques and scrumptious bed linens. This room is $105.00 per night,
or $600 for the week for one or two persons. It could easily accommodate a crib or
rollaway for a charge of $20 per night. The Green room has two double beds, a single bed, and could accommodate another crib or rollaway. It is similarly decorated and furnished with couches, chairs, tables, antiques and cozy linens. This room is ideal for a family traveling with children, an extended family, or a small group traveling together. This room is $135.00 per night, or $800 for the week which includes breakfast for up to four persons (adults). Children’s’ breakfast will not be charged extra. The Red room is can be rented for $85.00 per night, or $500 for the week in conjunction with another room where all occupants will share a bath. The red room is beautifully decorated in reds and autumn colors. All rooms have air conditioners. We will also post winter rates later. And, we are proud to say, our rates are not raised on “ important” weekends. We feel our service and accommodations are always the same; so, our rates will be also. There is definitely room to come “home” and relax after a hard day shopping in Cooperstown, seeing the sights, antiquing, or visiting old friends. Our guests can feel free to roam downstairs in the café and the deck and enjoy them as an extension of their room. The breakfast that is included in the room rate is any or all of the breakfast items that are listed on the menu. Breakfast is served from 8a.m. on and can be enjoyed in the café or on the deck. It consists of homemade muffins, fresh fruit/yogurt/ parfaits, juice, and coffee and tea served down in the café or on the deck. We carry fresh roasted coffee and have the house blend and four different flavors everyday. If you prefer tea, you may choose a tea -for-one pot and a wide choice a Stash flavored and herbal teas. We have milk or juice for children. |
